'Mothering' first public screening held in Tehran

The first public screening of Iranian movie 'Mothering' has been held at Tehran's Kouroush Cineplex.

The screening session was held on Monday night in presence of the cast and crew.

Roqieh Tavakkoli, Siavash Haqiqi, Hanieh Tavassoli and Nazanin Bayati participated at the event.

Directed by Roqieh Tavakkoli, the movie replaced ‘Beyond the Clouds’ which was not ready for screening due to dubbing issues.

‘Mothering’ produced by Siavash Haqiqi, stars Nazanin Bayati, Hanieh Tavassoli and Melissa Zakeri.

The film is about two sisters one of whom deserted her lover while in the case of the other girl, the scenario is the other way around.

The social drama enjoyed its first screening at the main competition section of the 35th Fajr Film Festival.
